6ix9ine Escapes Hiding & Gets Spotted

Tekashi 6ix9ine is alive and well, getting spotted by a fan who drove by him jogging on the road.

Brooklyn-based rapper 6ix9ine has been incredibly silent for the last several weeks, effectively going into hiding after his post-prison album TattleTales flopped in sales.

The album only managed to pull 55,000 album sales in the first week, which is still impressive without any major playlisting or editorial support from the DSPs. However, with the attention he was garnering on social media, his numbers just didn’t match and he could no longer diss other artists, like Lil Durk, Lil Reese, and others for their sales.

As he continues to recover from his overdose on caffeine and weight loss pills a few weeks ago, the rapper seemingly took it upon himself to focus on his health, getting spotted while out on a jog, obviously flanked by one of his security guards.

A low-quality video has been circulating, which allegedly shows Tekashi 6ix9ine running with his bodyguard. He wears an all-black outfit with his hair tied up.

Recently, 6ix9ine was brought up again by Lil Durk, who reacted to Trippie Redd’s first-week sales projections with a comparison to the rainbow-haired troll, noticing how Trippie managed to outperform his rival.

Do you think 6ix9ine will ever manage to make a comeback or is his career over, as Ebro Darden suggests?

One Yen unveils where alternative rock meets the search for something more with “Vesica Piscis (Open)”

One Yen

One Yen‘s latest release, “Vesica Piscis (Open)”  is an emotionally charged and provocative album of alternative rock that is as compelling as it is powerful. With driving rhythms, layered guitars, atmospheric textures, and soaring melodic vocals, the song captures the spirit of late ‘90s alt-rock while embracing the big sound of modern alt-rock.

Named after the ancient symbol created by the intersection of two circles, Vesica Piscis immediately positions itself as more than a typical rock anthem. It explores awakening, self-discovery, duality, and man’s eternal quest for meaning outside the material world. Instead of giving easy answers, the lyrics begin an ongoing dialogue about identity, consciousness, and transcendence.

Musically, the song keeps up a compelling sense of momentum throughout. The song is built around a powerful foundation of energetic instrumentation, with atmospheric layers providing enough space for reflection. That mix of power and nuance ensures that the ride is never so enthralling that it loses its emotional heft.

“Support” is a meditation on what it feels like to work tirelessly for something you want, but not have the support you need to fully achieve it. Wyn Calico expresses the emotional burden of wanting to make a difference, believing in your purpose, and still moving forward when you hit setbacks. The song is not only about disappointment, but also a rallying cry of resilience in the face of adversity.

This song also highlights an important truth, there are many talented and hard-working people out there who have everything it takes to make a difference, except the encouragement and opportunity to flourish. Wyn Calico’s lyrics and delivery shine a light on that struggle and offer a sense of solidarity to those in similar situations.

“Support” isn’t just a personal statement. It’s a conversation starter. It encourages us to think about the value of community, support, and believing in each other. Wyn Calico’s latest drop is honest, relatable, and emotionally driven, a powerful reminder that even in the moments of isolation, the desire to keep pushing forward is still stronger than ever.
