Miami’s own Pilly M.A.E talks new single “Like a Flute”, and what’s next in her career

Pilly M.A.E is an artist making noise in the Miami area with her remixes and upbeat songs showcasing her artistic rapping abilities, and visual creativity.

Pilly is originally from Cleveland, Ohio, but decided at a young age that she was moving to Miami to chase her dreams. The M.A.E in her name is an acronym meaning “Meeting all expectations” and she is definitely exceeding expectations with her new song “Like a Flute” which has over 70,000 views on YouTube and her like a flute challenge that’s going viral on Tik Tok.

Pilly started her career early on as a basketball player in high school rapping with her players and realized she was talented. She then started to gain traction doing remixes to popular songs like Migos “Bad and Boujee.” While doing popular rap challenges and freestyles, she slowly began opening at concerts for big artists like Gucci Man and even performed at festivals and linked with other artists in the Miami area since those videos created a platform for her to create songs of her own.
