9Balaclava is an artist based in Ontario, Canada and he’s a rapper/vocalist. He was born in Kansas, US, and lived most of his childhood in Colombia, until he moved to London. He produced for 2 years starting at 15 years old, but rapping and free-styling was his true passion, bringing it to the light with his first single “ALL TIME LOW” in 2021 at 17 years old.
9Balaclava‘s second musical project is named ‘Penumbra’ which was released on November 19th of 2021. ‘Penumbra’ consists of 6 rap songs that were put together as a compilation of music that 9Balaclava worked on throughout the end of 2021, with “Static” being the anthem track of the EP.
9Balaclava uses ‘Penumbra’ to go into higher detail about his thoughts, emotions, and everyday life with a trap twist to it. The project was produced, recorded, and mixed by 9Balaclava himself, giving an authentic sound to every song in the EP.
He’s very certain that this punchy vibe rap song will be liked by a lot of people who will assist to promote his music to the world.
