Orca New Track Released – Good 4 You

Orca is a creative impaired artist, a singer/Songwriter and he writes his lyrics, records his vocals, and does some basic mixing to my projects, but due to me being visually impaired, he cannot go all the way and come up with ideas for the release’s artwork.

He started releasing his music in January 2021. Recently the first step toward realizing my dream, which is sharing my music across the globe, was taken he received a lot of offers for his releases to be used on specific videos, and he also appeared on the Toby Gribben show on Shout Radio on December 2^nd. He also managed to add my latest release on the eagle nest radio Spotify playlist.

Four people are involved with every project: FlipTunesMusic, the producer that he buys the beats from. He also writes the lyrics, records the vocals, and comes up with ideas for the artwork. Larry is the mixing and mastering engineer who finalizes the final product since he cannot complete the mixing and master process due to his poor vision.

Finally, we have Beatrix, a graphic designer who brings my artwork ideas to life. A huge shout-out and thanks to all these people, and he hopes to keep working with them on his upcoming project.

While creating this single, “Good 4 You” he went with a simple approach and tried to answer the most obvious question that we ask ourselves once we meet someone who’s maybe out of our league or we’re interested in making the first move on. But before we do any of that, we ask (AM I GOOD FOR YOU).

It’s a question that carries a lot of weight if you think about it. Then he decided to tell a simple story that focuses on love, romance, and the importance of asking this question and what you can do to make the first move; this song also contains fresh ideas that he wanted to try out something that’ll make this single stand out among its peers.

When it comes to the artwork, he went with a different approach. This time the artwork is a storyteller; every detail hints towards something related to the song, from the colors to the heart waves drawn on the top and the bottom of the design.

Seun Kuti & Egypt 80 bring a restless groove on latest release “DJB”

Seun Kuti & Egypt 80‘s latest release, “DJB” is built around a well-structured Afrobeat arrangement, with the trumpet and saxophone giving the track its own identity. The bassline is cool and flowing, and the side-stick rhythm keeps things moving without getting in the way of the other elements.

The words add a darker anxiety to that musical backdrop. They say the devil’s busy, does whatever he wants, runs things day and night. Then the song shifts into negative energy, suggesting that the powerful can eat the innocent and that power passes to those who already have it. They also suggest how ordinary, vulnerable people were influenced.

The character of “DJB” comes from the way the instruments’ fluidity plays against the weight of the subject matter. Trumpet, saxophone, bass, and drums drive the music, but the words are a more serious meditation on power and consequences. Seun Kuti & Egypt 80 use the groove as the vehicle and let the song flow naturally, with the message in sight.

Crooner Ed captures a sweet romantic moment on “I Love This View”

While most travel stories focus on nature’s beauty as the main attraction, Crooner Ed’s “I Love This View“ flips that idea. At the heart of the jazz song, inspired by a trip through France and Italy, is not the sun-drenched coastlines, timeless architecture, or golden-hour skies, but the person with whom those moments are shared. The result is a smooth romantic tribute based on an affectionate mix-up that gives the song its central charm.

The backstory is simple and instantly relatable. Crooner Ed told his wife on the trip, “I Love This View,” and she agreed before discovering he meant the scenery. That exchange is the song’s emotional core, and the release turns a common travel moment into something more personal.

The jazz setting suits the song’s romantic direction. The character’s release is so smooth that the sentiment can breathe into melodramatic territory. It’s warm, intimate, and affectionate, like two people enjoying beautiful surroundings while focusing on each other.

Crooner Ed is also very much in tune with the art direction of place and emotion. Visually, the setting is France and Italy, but the journey becomes an opportunity to explore how memories can be meaningful through seemingly mundane details or personal connections. “I Love This View“ is a romantic jazz postcard with the right priorities. Crooner Ed makes the person next to him the highlight of this picture-perfect experience.
