Jonathan Majors Breaks Silence on Marvel Exit & Personal Battles
Jonathan Majors has faced a challenging year filled with public criticism, setbacks in his career, and personal reflections. In his first interview since being convicted of assault and harassment in 2023, the 35 year old actor spoke with The Hollywood Reporter about the difficult lessons he has learned and what lies ahead for him. His story is one of both struggle and strength, giving insight into his life shaped by tough experiences. Majors was originally set to be a significant villain in the Marvel movies as Kang the Conqueror, but he found out he had been let go unexpectedly and starkly. “He just said, ‘I’m going to tell you now so you can start processing it. They fired you. Marvel fired you,'” he remembered, describing how a member of his legal team informed him shortly after his sentencing in December.
This news hit him hard, reminding him that the entertainment industry can move on quickly, regardless of an actor’s talent or past achievements. Despite these setbacks, Majors remains hopeful. Even though Marvel and DC have moved away from him, he hinted that another superhero project might be in the works. “It’s a pretty interesting story,” he shared, expressing his optimism. “Sometimes it feels like a comeback isn’t going to happen, but sometimes it feels like we could start something new next week.” His comments reveal a man balancing uncertainty and hope, aiming to rebuild his career.
In addition to his professional struggles, Majors opened up about his personal challenges, including experiences of childhood abuse. This moment of honesty highlights the heavy burden he has carried for a long time, well before the recent legal issues made headlines. As he moves forward in this new phase of his life, Jonathan Majors has become a controversial figure, some view him as a fallen star, while others see a man determined to rise again. No matter the challenges ahead, he isn’t giving up just yet.

Amerakin Overdose creates a raw cry from the heart on new release “My Endless Battle”
Amerakin Overdose gets emotional on the powerful new single “My Endless Battle,” focused on mental health and suicide awareness. The song, which the group says is their most emotional release so far, carries the weight of lived struggle, not glamorizing pain, but facing it with honesty and intensity.
“My Endless Battle” is a portrayal of the exhausting reality that many live in silence, with daily internal wars often unseen by the outside world. That truth gives the song an immediate weight. What makes this release significant is a readiness to step right into difficult conversations. Mental health is profoundly personal and, for many, agonizingly lonely.
Songs like this matter because they create connection, reminding us that struggle has a voice and that pain doesn’t have to be hidden away. “My Endless Battle” is at its heart a story about endurance, the struggle to keep going through darkness, the weight of invisible pain, and the belief that expression can be healing.
