Boosie Badazz Can’t Contain His Emotions After Welcoming His Daughter With Rajel Nelson
The Baton Rouge rapper Boosie Badazz, who has built his career on his old-soul perspective and lack of a filter, connected with his fans recently in a way few could have predicted, in a heartwarming moment, full of real joy. After much speculation, Boosie, whose personal life tends to grab the spotlight, took to Instagram to share the news of his daughter, Sevyn, with fiancée Rajel Nelson. Boosie, also known as Torrence Hatch, was unable to contain his joy, confessing just how grateful and proud he was to be a parent again. The 42-year-old rapper announced in a video filmed in the hospital that he was overcome with joy. “I’m a daddy again, man, I’m a daddy again,” Boosie said, tears of joy clouding his eyes. “So beautiful, man, I got a baby, dog,” he adds, his voice quivering with emotion. Can’t stop crying, man. My daughter here, man.”
Sevyn’s arrival has brought Boosie a happiness that cannot even be described. In his Instagram caption, he wrote, “SO HAPPY TO BE A DAD AGAIN!!!! GOD HAS BEEN SO GOOD TO ME. BEST FEELING IN THE [world emoji].” It was a deep, heartfelt ode to his new daughter. Despite the controversies surrounding Boosie’s life in the past, with family issues occasionally played out in public, his commitment as a father endures. His fans have watched him through years of highs and lows, and this time, it serves as an extra glimpse into the softer, more vulnerable side of the rapper and shows how strongly he feels about his children.

His followers and fans poured out in his comments to congratulate him and support the rapper’s next step in life. In a world that so often tends to gravitate toward Boosie’s controversies, this moment serves as a reminder that he’s just a father who loves his kids more than anything else. Plus, it’s his favorite thing to do, and for him, it’s really “the best feeling in the world.”

Snoop Dogg Wants To Pay Someone $10,000 A Month To Eat Ice Cream
Snoop Dogg has had a lot of job titles over the years, but “official ice cream taster” wasn’t one of them until now — and he’s hiring someone else to fill it. His company Dr. Bombay just opened applications for the role, and it pays $10,000 a month.
The gig is fully remote and open to anyone on the planet, which Snoop announced himself in a video that’s exactly as laid-back as you’d expect. “I love the paper, but not the paperwork,” he said, explaining that HR firm Deel is handling the logistics while he handles, presumably, the ice cream.
The actual job is less “sit around and eat pints all day” and more part-time cultural scout. Whoever gets it will track flavor and food trends around the world, report back on what people are eating and talking about, and work directly with Dr. Bombay’s in-house flavor lead to help shape what the brand does next. It’s a three-month contractor role, and Snoop’s team says they’re actively looking outside the usual resume pile — creators and non-traditional applicants welcome.
Dr. Bombay itself leans nostalgic, with flavors like Long Beach Fruit Cart, Sticky Caramel Apple Pie, and Peanut Butter Jelly Time already sitting on shelves at Walmart and moving through DoorDash and Instacart. Somewhere out there is one very lucky applicant about to get paid five figures a month to have opinions about ice cream, and honestly, good for them.
