Vanessa Bryant Silences Pregnancy Rumors With A Smile And Summer Plans
Vanessa Bryant reminded the world over this weekend that peace of mind and a sense of humor are at the top of the heap. And she did so with a quiet but entirely cheeky clap back, putting the kibosh on those latest pregnancy rumors in classic Vanessa fashion. The late NBA legend Kobe Bryant’s widow took to her Instagram Story and posted a meme-worthy image of Rihanna on holiday and added a caption that read, “Me protecting my peace, not pregnant & having fun all summer,” followed by playful emojis.
And if that wasn’t enough clarification for anyone who’s keeping up, she soundtracked the bash with none other than 2Pac’s All Eyez On Me, a fitting nod to the watching eyes she’s endured all this time, and that she’s bounced back at with grace. A follow-up post repeated the Rihanna one-two quote: “I’m not mean, I’m just not the one.” Loud and classy, that is, and the message was received. The mother of four has not been shy in the public eye.

Since the death of her husband Kobe and their daughter Gianna “Gigi” in a devastating helicopter crash in 2020, Vanessa has maintained a sense of grace about her. It appears some people cannot help, prompting needless speculation. But this weekend, Vanessa chose joy over gossip and treated her two youngest daughters to a day at Disneyland. She then posted some adorable shots of these two sweethearts enjoying their magical day, proving that her priority is, and always has been, her family and making the most of every moment.
She and Kobe first met on the set of a music video in 1999. Just half a year later, the Lakers superstar asked for her hand. The two were married in 2001 and built a family with love, persistence, and legacy, something Vanessa wears on her sleeve every time she takes a step. Vanessa Bryant is not having a baby. She’s hoping for sunlight, laughter, and peace and has made that abundantly clear with a wink and a meme.

Drake’s OVO Sale Hits Fresh Legal Dispute As Investor Claims Millions Owed
Drake’s OVO is facing another legal battle after investment firm Applied Real Intelligence (A.R.I.) alleged the lifestyle brand owes it millions of dollars and has not received any proceeds from OVO’s recent sale.
Applied Real Intelligence, or A.R.I., says OVO is still liable for debt it owes the investment firm under financing agreements. A.R.I. said the dispute over the unpaid money had already reached Canadian courts by the time OVO closed its blockbuster deal in August.
The investor now says it was left out of the proceeds from the deal between Authentic Brands Group and Vince Holding Corp., which finalized their acquisition of the Drake-founded lifestyle company. A.R.I. claims it received nothing from the transaction, even as it continues to dispute OVO and its claims of millions of dollars.
The fight shines a new spotlight on the financial obligations A.R.I. says the investment firm still owes OVO. The lender said it spent months chasing the company for money it says it still owes under the financing agreements.
The situation is a huge legal and financial problem for OVO, especially since the investor’s claims were not fresh when the sale took place. A.R.I. said its efforts to recover the alleged outstanding millions had been ongoing for months and that it brought the dispute to the Canadian court system before the deal involving Authentic Brands Group and Vince Holding Corp. was finalized.
In August, the deal closed for OVO, marking a major development for the company. But A.R.I.’s claims have also resulted in a separate financial dispute over the deal and the money the investment firm says it was owed.
For now, the debate is whether A.R.I. still owes millions to OVO and whether the investor received any money from the sale. The legal battle over the alleged unpaid financing obligations adds a new chapter to OVO’s story after the deal with Authentic Brands Group and Vince Holding Corp was already in Canadian courts.

Snoop Dogg Wants To Pay Someone $10,000 A Month To Eat Ice Cream
Snoop Dogg has had a lot of job titles over the years, but “official ice cream taster” wasn’t one of them until now — and he’s hiring someone else to fill it. His company Dr. Bombay just opened applications for the role, and it pays $10,000 a month.
The gig is fully remote and open to anyone on the planet, which Snoop announced himself in a video that’s exactly as laid-back as you’d expect. “I love the paper, but not the paperwork,” he said, explaining that HR firm Deel is handling the logistics while he handles, presumably, the ice cream.
The actual job is less “sit around and eat pints all day” and more part-time cultural scout. Whoever gets it will track flavor and food trends around the world, report back on what people are eating and talking about, and work directly with Dr. Bombay’s in-house flavor lead to help shape what the brand does next. It’s a three-month contractor role, and Snoop’s team says they’re actively looking outside the usual resume pile — creators and non-traditional applicants welcome.
Dr. Bombay itself leans nostalgic, with flavors like Long Beach Fruit Cart, Sticky Caramel Apple Pie, and Peanut Butter Jelly Time already sitting on shelves at Walmart and moving through DoorDash and Instacart. Somewhere out there is one very lucky applicant about to get paid five figures a month to have opinions about ice cream, and honestly, good for them.
