Lorraine Leckie & Her Demons explore the edge of existence with new album “Goddamn Outer Space”

“Goddamn Outer Space” is Lorraine Leckie & Her Demons‘ eighth studio album. It is an ambitious, atmospheric journey that goes beyond genre and expectation. It’s not just a record; it’s a sound ritual, a psychological excavation, and a way to get into Leckie’s creative world without fear.

The album is like a beautiful sound mosaic, with orchestral textures, rough folk grit, and soft electronics all coming together with Leckie’s automatic writing. The soundscapes in each song are complicated and hard to predict, and they show both vulnerability and defiance.

Goddamn Outer Space is Leckie’s biggest project so far. He worked on it with guitarist and producer Hugh Pool (NY Blues Hall of Fame, Excello Recording).
