In the snippet, Ice Spice raps about someone “changing her face” and claims she “took her place.” Although she didn’t name Cardi directly, the Bronx rapper was quick to respond on X (formerly Twitter). “These btches have absolutely lost their mind,” Cardi wrote. “I’m getting all my lick backs on my album tho …ON EACH ONE OF YOU BTCHES!!!”

Cardi didn’t stop there. “These btches can’t see me in numbers or status,” she continued. “Y’all had WAY too much time to catch up. Can’t see me in money, can’t see me in real estate, fashion, and CAN’T SEE ME IN PERSON either… I’m not in a rat race with none of you btches!! And ima show yall.”

While it’s not confirmed if Ice Spice’s lyrics are actually aimed at Cardi B, or if Cardi’s tweets are directly addressing the alleged diss, the buzz is undeniable. Just a few months ago, the two were seen posing together at a Vanity Fair Oscars party, dismissing rumors of any beef over their shared Dominican heritage.
