Hurry up, Nevada!
In one of the wildest Election Week developments ever, Nevada is holding up the entire Presidential election process by taking what feels like forever to count ballots that would win Joe Biden the Presidency.
As of right now, Biden stands at 264 Electoral votes and would only need Nevada’s 6 Electoral votes to reach the magic number of 270 and win a tight election that continues to drag on while STRESSING US ALL OUT.
No Republican Presidential candidate has carried Nevada since 2004 so that’s promising coupled with Biden’s lead that’s been frozen in place for almost two days.
“Counties have until Nov. 12 to finish the count,” Jennifer Russell, a spokeswoman for the Nevada secretary of state’s office, told NPR.
Yesterday, Election officials said they would push counting to today THEN said they would finish last night THEN came back and switched back to TODAY around noon in the most stressful sequence of plot twists in Election history.
“Obviously, there’s a lot of interest in how the vote is going in Nevada and we recognize that,” Deputy Secretary of State for Elections, Wayne Thorley, told local Nevada news outlets.
“We will have a fairly large update hopefully later today which again get us even closer to final unofficial election results.”
So far, 337,000 mail-in ballots have already been counted and his team can process as many as 70,000 ballots a day.
Hopefully, we’ll find out today–and we deserve it after all we’ve been through–but, until then, we invite you to enjoy ALL of the hilarious hysteria over Nevada taking FOREVER to count ballots on the flip.

Hi there, welcome to Honk Magazine. Thank you once again for taking out time to respond to us. To kick things off, Can you tell our readers about what really inspired you to write music?
Jazz From The Valley – I’ve always had a passion for Music, My Grandmother gave me a Guitar at an early age and I’ve loved it ever since.
When did you realize you were going to make music professionally?
Jazz From The Valley – I started to really get serious about making music when I was 15 years old. I started out in a Girl Groups, took voice lessons, and really learned the business with Artist Development. But as you know Girl Groups are hard, and my hat goes off to all the Girls Groups that have made it. But as I have grown, I have come to realize that being in a Girl Group just wasn’t the path for Me.
Tell us what is so unique about you and your music?
Jazz From The Valley – I tend to approach music from a ‘what would I want to hear’ perspective. I wanted to make music that is relatable and talks about things that we all experience and go through, like hanging with your friends, the ups and downs of life, and having a good time. I wanted my music to be something that any and every person could sing and dance to and just enjoy.
Can you tell us about your latest releases and what inspired you to create them?
Jazz From The Valley – I was in a Girl Group and I had originally wrote the song for the group. The original idea for the song was to be just a conversation between friends, and then when I decided to branch out on my own I decided to give “Shake That” a new twist. Coming from just my point of view I rewrote the lyrics, made it faster, and added in the different languages to make it what it is today.
Can you give us a brief insight about your upcoming projects?
Jazz From The Valley – I’m currently in the studio right now, trying to put together my next single along with my EP.
What do you wish you were told when you first started making music that you think would help artists just starting out?
Jazz From The Valley – To know that it doesn’t happen overnight, but with a lot of hard work and dedication you can achieve your dreams.
Which tips would you recommend to your colleagues in your industry to help them to thrive and not “burn out”?
Jazz From The Valley – Don’t be afraid to try new things, always believe in yourself, and know that “for all your hundred no’s you only need one yes.”!!
What do you do when you don’t do music (creative or otherwise) and that you are passionate about?
Jazz From The Valley – I love to up cycle and redesign. I’m very obsessed with cool pants, and taking different pieces of clothing and creating something new. I also love painting sneakers.
Any last piece of advice for those artists who just started making music?
Jazz From The Valley – Always be a student of learning, and Always be encouraged.
