Premiere: Steve Edwards Reveals New Single “Colour Of Blood”
The UK-based artist, Steve Edwards, is debuting his first steps into music with a fresh new single from his upcoming album Born.
The track is titled “Colour Of Blood.” The track is a genuine modern rock song that wonderfully showcases his artistic insight and excellent talent.
He uses his voice and hard-hitting lyrics to establish a strong connection between him and his listeners that cannot go unbroken. Deriving his inspiration from his experience, Steve Edwards is displaying high-top musical acumen to stand out from the crowd.
The song starts off with a captivating guitar solo backed up with thumping drum beats. It is slow and comforting while getting all the right emotions riled up for one go. With a rolling bassline and groovy percussion, this one keeps us locked from the beginning. In addition, the vocal hook is what keeps listeners going for more. It is detailed with frosty synth stabs, soulful vocals that transports listeners to a new state.
He previously achieved significant success with his song “One by One”, which somehow reached the ears of a BBC Radio 2 producer. What happened next surprised everyone. Without a video, marketing, a tour or regional radio support, “One by One” became Record of the Week and got play-listed for five weeks, which was unprecedented for an unknown artist.
Steve Edwards builds on a big release for his upcoming album Born. It consists of ten neatly designed songs that reflect his life today. Many are deeply personal with a thrilling musicality.
“This time around, I wanted to keep things real and write songs for people like me who have lived a bit of life,” explains Steve Edwards about the creation of his new album.

“Boom” by Chandra explodes with energy and in-depth storytelling
“Boom” is Chandra’s second single of 2026, and it’s the kind of moment when emotion, energy, and cosmic interest collapse into each other, delivering you a pop-rock sensation that is at once intimate and grand.
“Boom” settles into a steady sequence with the driven bass of Chris Wong and lead-guitar fireworks from Mike Paul. The production plays back-and-forth, the verses are cool and collected, and in the choruses, everything bursts into high, emotional sounds. The lead singer, Chandra Nair, sings in a way that feels quite personal yet speaks to everyone. He sings with a sense of wonder that matches the song’s central idea of soulmates wandering through an infinite cosmos to meet. It has a spiritual nature underneath all that, a sense of fate wrapped in heavy metaphor.
“Boom” is a song you think about and sing along to. The band leans into celestial and elemental imagery, contributing to a resonance. Chandra continues to make a name for themselves in contemporary pop-rock by balancing self-reflection with energy. Beyond being a song you want to hear, it demands you feel it, and the echo lingers well.
