Sea Glass Team Up With Sky Adler to release a new track “Lemon Lime Watermelon”

Sea Glass Feat. Sky Adler – Lemon Lime Watermelon

Lemon-Lime Watermelon is the third single off of Sea Glass’ forthcoming Advanced Youth EP. This is the first of two tracks on the EP featuring Sky Adler.

He came up with the music for this song in the Spring of 2020 after spending lots of time hashing out the ukulele line. It originally came to him in a dream. It took time to peel back the layers and find its tropical vibe. Once that happened, the rest of the track unfolded naturally.

After tinkering with the sound design, sampling, and resampling his own uke playing, tuning, and pitching toms to make natural stabs, getting a hard-hitting snare with the right amount of snap, he reached out to Sky and asked him what he thought. He said he’d write a top-line over it.

What came back to him was entirely unexpected and completely refreshing. It made for a laid-back pop song with happy energy that he wanted to play on repeat.

Michael Soul hides from being open with new release “Hiding”

Michael Soul’s new single, “Hiding,” is a dark, hypnotic electronic track that takes listeners to a private place in their minds where they are alone, thinking, and feeling upset. “Hiding” was written when the author was very lonely. Michael Soul turns days of being alone, when silence seemed to last forever, and connection seemed impossible, into an immersive sound.
