T-Pain heads out West in his new video for “I Like Dat.”
In the cinematic clip, the Rappa Ternt Sanga rolls through a Western town in a stagecoach while selling his own bottled drank. Soon after setting up shop, Kehlani takes a sip of the pink concoction and starts making out with another woman, driving sales through the roof.
T-Pain and Kehlani make their way to a saloon where the whole town is enjoying “T-Pain’s Drank,” but it appears that they’ve been sold snake oil. The business-savvy duo jumps in their horse-driven wagon and takes off before the town realizes it was all a scam.
“I Like Dat” is an updated version of T-Pain’s 2007 single “Buy U a Drank (Shawty Snappin’),” which Kehlani dubbed “Buy You a Drank Part 2.” Their duet is set to appear on T-Pain’s upcoming album Precious Stones, slated for a September release.
Earlier this week, T-Pain made headlines when he revealed that he suffered a four-year depression after Usher told him he “fu**ed up music.”
