Black Friday is known as the day when shoppers can get big discounts on the latest and greatest electronics and gadgets—like AirPods, TVs and smartwatches—but there are some ah-mazing sales on furniture, too, so pay attention. While everyone else is fighting for a new TV, you can add couches, side tables and even vanities to your cart for a fraction of what you’d normally pay. Like, no disrespect to AirPods, but I’d rather have a brand-new mattress, wouldn’t you?

But karma works in mysterious ways, as less than a month after Ross was teasing Drake’s jet, fate intervened when his own private aircraft crash-landed in Dallas, Texas.

While the exact cause of the crash remains a mystery, images of the incident surfaced on the X platform (formerly Twitter), courtesy of the Keep6ixSolid account. The snapshots depicted Ross’ jet, proudly displaying his name, nestled on a grassy patch. The caption, laced with a jab at Ross’ past as a correctional officer, confirmed his lucky escape, stating, “The retired Miami government employee and current cosplayer walked away unharmed because the wing stopped the plan.”

News of the crash spread like wildfire on social media, with DJ Akademiks among those offering well wishes to the rapper. But perhaps the most unexpected reaction came from Drake himself. Despite the ongoing feud between the two, Drake showed a flicker of goodwill, liking the KeepSixSolid post.
