Cardi B’s “WAP” Makes A Comeback On Long-Awaited Sophomore Album
After much wait, Cardi B has officially announced that her second album is on the way. True to her bold style, she’s sparking discussions online as well. The album will feature 23 tracks, including her hits “WAP” and “Up,” which has led to a mix of reactions from fans on social media. What’s creating this buzz isn’t just the excitement of new music but the fact that “WAP” and “Up” are being included on an album five and four years after their original releases.
For someone like Cardi, who is known for her daring choices, including these popular songs feels bold and somewhat controversial. Critics jumped in quickly, questioning why songs from 2020 and 2021 are major parts of a 2025 album. Some fans joked about it, sharing funny comments and GIFs. One person bluntly said that needing older singles shows a lack of new hits, calling it embarrassing. However, many loyal fans came to Cardi’s defense, arguing that since “WAP” and “Up” weren’t included in any previous albums, it makes sense to feature them now. They also noted that other artists, like SZA, have included older songs in their updated releases without facing much criticism.

It’s worth mentioning that “WAP” is one of Cardi’s most famous songs and has had a huge impact in music and culture. So, including it on a full album for the first time might be a smart move rather than a lazy one. In the end, Cardi B’s upcoming album is already making waves as much as she does. Whether fans see the inclusion of these older hits as a clever choice or a sign that she’s struggling to create new music, one thing is clear: everyone is paying attention. And in Cardi’s world, getting noticed is a big part of the success.

Snoop Dogg Wants To Pay Someone $10,000 A Month To Eat Ice Cream
Snoop Dogg has had a lot of job titles over the years, but “official ice cream taster” wasn’t one of them until now — and he’s hiring someone else to fill it. His company Dr. Bombay just opened applications for the role, and it pays $10,000 a month.
The gig is fully remote and open to anyone on the planet, which Snoop announced himself in a video that’s exactly as laid-back as you’d expect. “I love the paper, but not the paperwork,” he said, explaining that HR firm Deel is handling the logistics while he handles, presumably, the ice cream.
The actual job is less “sit around and eat pints all day” and more part-time cultural scout. Whoever gets it will track flavor and food trends around the world, report back on what people are eating and talking about, and work directly with Dr. Bombay’s in-house flavor lead to help shape what the brand does next. It’s a three-month contractor role, and Snoop’s team says they’re actively looking outside the usual resume pile — creators and non-traditional applicants welcome.
Dr. Bombay itself leans nostalgic, with flavors like Long Beach Fruit Cart, Sticky Caramel Apple Pie, and Peanut Butter Jelly Time already sitting on shelves at Walmart and moving through DoorDash and Instacart. Somewhere out there is one very lucky applicant about to get paid five figures a month to have opinions about ice cream, and honestly, good for them.
