“Keep T Moving” shows Meas & Riddie’s fresh approach to house music

Meas & Riddie release their debut, “Keep T Moving,” a fusion of youthful vigor and classic electronic character. Max Ceddo takes a frustrating one-sided conversation and makes it the centerpiece of “So You Say,” a song built around communication that never seems to go anywhere. What gives “So You Say” its character is how directly it complains. There is no need to dress up the problem, one person wants communication, while the other seems unable or unwilling to give it. “You cant speak cause all you ever say is so you say” brings the idea back around, so the repetition is part of the message itself.
