Jae Crowder Says Lakers’ “Black Mamba” Jerseys Motivated Heat To Win Game 5
Miami Heat forward Jae Crowder says the Lakers’ choice to wear their “Black Mamba” uniforms for Game 5 of the 2020 NBA Finals served as motivation for their win. The Lakers were previously undefeated when wearing the jerseys.

“You’re hearing how they’re putting the black jerseys on and shit and how they haven’t lost a game in those and people start talking about that,” Crowder told Yahoo Sports. “That is motivation, and it’s always going to get under your skin a little bit. You obviously funnel that in the right direction and use it as motivation and it definitely helped tonight.”
The Heat won 111-108, forcing a Game 6 and keeping their title hopes alive.
“It’s only four days left,” he said, regarding the team’s energy moving forward. “To throw it all away just because it’s at the end and you want to get out of here, it’s not worth it. We put a lot of work into this. We’re four days away. If we’ve been here for 90-plus days, you can do five more days.”
The Lakers had an opportunity to win with 7-seconds left on the game clock, but a vital missed 3-point shot from Danny Green and subsequent turnover form Markief Morris ended their chances of winning.
Game 6 will be held Sunday, at 7:30 PM.

Jennifer Lopez Clashes With Paparazzi in Fiery Hamptons Showdown, “Get Away from Me and the Kids!”
Jennifer Lopez was caught in a dramatic showdown with paparazzi during a recent Hamptons getaway with her children. The star’s frustration was palpable as she demanded photographers leave her and her kids alone, shouting, “Get away from me and the kids! Go away!”
The intense moment was shared by The Neighborhood Talk on Instagram, where Lopez’s fans quickly rallied to her defense. One commenter noted, “Y’all clearly hear her say ‘get away from me and the kids’… she’s just protecting her children.” Another added, “The internet’s been so harsh on her lately. Give her a break. This new generation is just weird.”
The incident followed a heartwarming Instagram post by Lopez featuring a sweet photo of her and her twins, Max and Emme, captioned, “My whole heart.” While Lopez was enjoying the East Coast, her husband, Ben Affleck, remained in Los Angeles. Meanwhile, Affleck’s daughter, Violet, recently visited Lopez on the East Coast.
In related news, Lopez has canceled her This Is Me… Live tour, which was set to include 30 summer shows. The cancellation, rumored to be due to sluggish ticket sales, was framed by Lopez as a need to focus on family. She assured fans, “I promise I will make it up to you and we will all be together again. I love you all so much. Until next time.”
