Lexi Vollero, known for her powerful voice and unique blend of music styles, is preparing to release her first EP called “growing pains.” The EP has six songs and will be available on March 8, 2024. ELISA MINELL‘s latest release, “Snag Your Guitar,” is a pop single about empowerment and self-expression. The song by the Italian singer-songwriter-composer grows out of an idea she has previously explored in her contemporary classical work, “The Fall,” based on the idea of “amor fati” by Nietzsche, but in the form of an English-language pop song. This is a personal message in another form of music.
The message of “Grab Your Guitar” is not to let the challenges rule you, but to face them head on. Music is more than just something you hear. It’s a way to release your emotions and also find strength within yourself. The guitar in the song’s central metaphor symbolizes taking charge of your own story; everyone has the power to be the hero of their own story.
