Lori Harvey is turning heads and breaking barriers as she graces the pages of the upcoming Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue, and for her, it’s nothing short of a dream come true. The May edition will feature the fashion mogul flaunting her figure in designs from her very own brand, Yevrah Swim, a venture she launched in collaboration with Revolve.
In an exclusive chat with SI Swim on Tuesday, Lori Harvey couldn’t contain her excitement, describing the experience as “manifested, surreal, and perfection.” She reflected on the magical moment, saying, “It was a very surreal moment for me, and the entire shoot was just perfection from top to bottom … [and] once I got on set, it was just magical.”
But Harvey isn’t just about striking poses; she’s using this platform to champion body inclusivity. “I hope my message and what I stand for about inclusion and body positivity and just being your own woman and going after your dreams and manifestation and prayer [is evident],” she expressed. “All of that is real, and I hope they feel that and see that when they see my images.”
While eager fans will have to wait until May to grab a copy off the shelves, sneak peeks of the stunning shoot, captured by the talented Yu Tsai, are already available on Sports Illustrated Swimsuit’s Instagram page.
Not stopping at conquering the world of modeling, Harvey made waves herself by launching Yevrah Swim in August 2023, a nod to her brother’s former footwear company. In addition to her brand’s pieces, she sizzled in a silver Dolce & Gabbana bikini and a blue GCDS two-piece suit for the shoot. This time, they’re back with “Trending Topic”, their latest collaboration. The official video for this single, filmed in Detroit, will also see Bo$$ Money in the mix. Fans can expect to find “Trending Topic” in the upcoming Natalac album, ‘Return of Goldie’.
