Ludlow Creek Gives “Last Call” With Latest Single
Hey there, music fans! We’ve got some exciting news for you! On July 14, 2023, the amazing Americana band from Dayton, Ohio, Ludlow Creek, is releasing their latest single, “Last Call”. This highly anticipated track is taken from their critically acclaimed album, “Which Way is Forward”.
“Last Call” is a beautiful combination of classic rock, roots, and country music, with lyrics that explore the themes of faith, love, and human relationships. The song was co-written with Ray Monell, a long-time collaborator, and has already been nominated for Song of the Year at the Josie Music Awards.
Ray Monell had an interesting inspiration for the song. He was inspired by a conversation he had with a cousin who had a deep belief in angels. He thought it would be cool if Archangels Michael and Gabriel were having a conversation trying to solve the great issues of the day, just like we do with our friends over dinner or cocktails. The song really came to life after Ray saw an old bar down a typical NYC road called the Saint Francis Tavern. From that point on, “Last Call” sort of wrote itself.
Ludlow Creek is a talented band that has already achieved great success. Their earlier single “Stoney Lonesome Road” reached #51 on the UK iTunes Rock Songs chart, while their Christmas single “This Baby Boy” reached #1 on the UK iTunes charts. To date, they have amassed over 250K Spotify streams. These achievements propelled the group to a 2022 International Singer Songwriter Association Award win.

Maija breathes new life into classic emotion with latest release “Where Is the Love”
Maija’s version of “Where Is the Love” is a graceful, emotionally rich offering that pulls listeners into a modern jazz experience of warmth, sophistication, and heartfelt storytelling. From the opening, the song establishes a reflective mood, mixing expressive vocals with polished instrumentation that feels both classic and contemporary.
