Nick Cannon and Alyssa Scott Celebrate Precious Moments with Baby Halo, Honoring the Light of Late Son Zen

Nick Cannon, father to 12 children, proves that each precious moment with his kids is a priority. In a heartwarming Instagram video, Cannon and Alyssa Scott, accompanied by their daughter Halo born in December 2022, share a beautiful family moment by the shore, basking in the sunset.

The video captures the couple joyfully planting kisses on baby Halo’s cheeks, creating a heartwarming scene of familial bliss. However, the post holds a deeper significance as Cannon uses the opportunity to honor the memory of his late son, Zen, who passed away in 2021 at the age of five months due to a brain tumor.

Cannon’s caption reads, “Zen’s Light and presence shining over little miss Halo and Mommy and Daddy!” He reflects on the beauty of the day, emphasizing the higher power and the energy that sustains us through challenges.

This touching video isn’t the first instance of Cannon keeping Zen’s “light” alive. In a recent visit to a California children’s hospital during the holidays, he donned a Santa costume, spreading joy among young patients. Cannon shared the experience, saying, “Zen’s Light shining bright for the holidays!!”

The outpouring of support in the comments, including messages from fans and even the mother of one of Cannon’s other children, Bre Tiesi, demonstrates the impact of these heartfelt moments on the audience.

As Nick Cannon and Alyssa Scott continue to create a loving family environment, they honor the memory of Zen, keeping his spirit alive in their hearts. Snoop Dogg Wants To Pay Someone $10,000 A Month To Eat Ice Cream

Snoop Dogg has had a lot of job titles over the years, but “official ice cream taster” wasn’t one of them until now — and he’s hiring someone else to fill it. His company Dr. Bombay just opened applications for the role, and it pays $10,000 a month.

The gig is fully remote and open to anyone on the planet, which Snoop announced himself in a video that’s exactly as laid-back as you’d expect. “I love the paper, but not the paperwork,” he said, explaining that HR firm Deel is handling the logistics while he handles, presumably, the ice cream.

The actual job is less “sit around and eat pints all day” and more part-time cultural scout. Whoever gets it will track flavor and food trends around the world, report back on what people are eating and talking about, and work directly with Dr. Bombay’s in-house flavor lead to help shape what the brand does next. It’s a three-month contractor role, and Snoop’s team says they’re actively looking outside the usual resume pile — creators and non-traditional applicants welcome.

Dr. Bombay itself leans nostalgic, with flavors like Long Beach Fruit Cart, Sticky Caramel Apple Pie, and Peanut Butter Jelly Time already sitting on shelves at Walmart and moving through DoorDash and Instacart. Somewhere out there is one very lucky applicant about to get paid five figures a month to have opinions about ice cream, and honestly, good for them.

Phlo-osophy shares a new single, “Scientist Mind (Living My Life)”

Honk Magazine Default

Phlo-osophy’s “Scientist Mind (Living My Life)” is a thoughtful and relaxing meditation on intellect and existence, packaged with laid-back production that encourages both thought and comfort. The song starts with atmospheric synths and a low-key beat, creating a space that is the laboratory of contemplation.

Phlo-osophy’s lyrical style steers into tough concepts spontaneous physics of thought, the chemistry of emotion — and yet remains highly accessible. The production is the strength of the production: soft, warm textures, synth pads, muted guitar echoes, quiet electronic pulses, cohere into a hushed, private atmosphere.

The result is a song that teeters between heady curiosity and soulful expression. It’s not out to swamp us with complexity, but to suggest a room in which mind and emotion can cohabitate thoughtfully. “Scientist Mind (Living My Life)” serves as a signal of Phlo-osophy’s approach as an enlightening artist who writes not only with heart, but with mind and who welcomes the listener on its journey of self-discovery.
