Nied’s Hotel Band take you on a raucous ride with ‘Take That Train’
Nied’s Hotel Band and their lead singer John Vento are well known names in the country and rock n roll music circles, and for good reason. With their uproarious style and phenomenally exciting songs, they’ve built up a solid reputation as a band to watch. Their latest single, “Take That Train,” is another one of their rolling rock n roll bangers, but how does it hold up in our full review?
“Take That Train,” asks the simple question, what do you do when your relationship with a lover becomes strained because you need to play with your band? Yes, the new single is very much a nice little piece of tongue-in-cheek songwriting, but when it comes to story telling, the band still maintains their impressive pedigree of high quality storytelling.
John Vento’s vocals shine through, really giving the single an energy you can’t find anywhere else. It definitely helps that the writing is just that fun, which works nicely with the energetic delivery. John Vento also wrote the whole story revolving around the difficulty of maintaining relationships when playing in a band. It’s definitely something any musician in a relationship can relate to.
The music is also just plain good, as it always is with the Nied’s Hotel Band. With a fantastic blend of guitars, drums and an absolutely incredible saxophone solo, “Take That Train,” is groovy and smooth. There’s even a good ol’ fashioned piano section, that sounds absolutely great.
With all these different musical elements at play, it’s essential for the sound mixing to be good, and we’re happy to report that it’s also some great stuff. The production is clean, and every instrument comes through loud and clear. Even the vocals have a nice amount of polish while keeping that grounded and raw appeal fans love.
There are a lot of things to like about “Take That Train,” with its great writing and powerful vocals, it’s an impressively well rounded song. If you’re a fan of rock n roll music or strong storytelling, “Take That Train,” will be right up your alley. It’s truly awe inspiring how much sheer quality the band has managed to squeeze into what’s a relatively funny little song.
“Take That Train,” is, above all else, an incredibly good time. It’s fun and enjoyable in all the best ways while still maintaining a high amount of musicality. It’s such an enjoyable romp that we’d recommend it even to people whoa aren’t big fans of the genre. We’re really looking forward to what’s next from the Nied’s Hotel Band!

Reetoxa channels shyness and charm in new single “The Lisa Song”
Reetoxa’s latest release, “The Lisa Song,” is a tender, emotionally curious new release that taps into the subtle magic of admiration and quiet attraction. The track is built around a simple but arresting lyrical conceit, and the centerpiece is a moment of wonder, “Hey Lisa why are you so shy.”
There is something immediately human in the way the song progresses, Reetoxa painting the picture of someone completely taken by the gentle presence of another. The lyric “her dimples make me stir and I cant look away” becomes the emotional center of the track, turning a small detail into a powerful emotional pull.
“The Lisa Song” is a song of intimacy, not of grand production or overcomplication. It is like a thought that you cannot get rid of, a feeling that gets louder the more you try to push it away. Reetoxa keeps it simple here, allowing sincerity to be the star.

The trapheaux gracefully glides over in new release “Marble Floors”
Trapheauxly’s latest release, “Marble Floors,” is a smooth, seductive single that combines clean, complex rap verses with melodic R&B. The song’s production, soulful vocal harmonies, and steady rhythmic pulse create a luxurious yet emotionally grounded atmosphere. All of these elements work together to create this atmosphere.
The most impressive aspect of it is the way it shifts from a catchy melodic hook to a rapid-fire delivery of the lyrics. One moment, “Marble Floors” is silky smooth, and the next, it is razor sharp. This contrast is what gives the musical its identity.
When it comes to lyrical concerns of intimacy, devotion, and elevated aesthetics, the image of marble floors appears, time and time again, as a symbol of elegance and emotional weight. Trapheauxly is a polished package that combines style, substance, and value that cannot be denied in terms of replay value.
