Rising Rap Star Kaliib Shares New Single “Famous”

Kaliib – Famous
Rising rapper, singer, songwriter, and producer Kaliib has shared his brand-new single, “Famous”. Although only releasing music since 2018, the Denver-born, Atlanta-raised independent artist has built up an impressive discography over the past few years with frequent releases, such as the brilliant “Toxic” and “Easy”, which have resulted in a growing fanbase. And the DIY musician looks set to increase his momentum even further with this latest release.
Having taken the last few years to build a strong foundation, including co-founding his own record label and production company, New Sound Order (NSO), Kaliib showcases his huge repertoire of talents on “Famous”. The track, which Kaliib co-produced, not only highlights his smooth cadence and ability to rap and sing, and switch between the two styles effortlessly, but also showcases his impressive songwriting and production abilities. With its addictive hook and vivid storytelling, it’s a track that lingers after first listen and leaves a huge impression.
Drawing from his own life experiences, “Famous” talks about minimizing outside noise in pursuit of accomplishing dreams – something that most will be able to relate to. Speaking more on the track, Kaliib says, “‘Famous’ is really about putting off distractions in order to focus on achieving your dreams. Although the interaction described in the song really happened, the takeaway should be to not let anything or anyone take your mind off your goals…even if they are drop-dead gorgeous.”
A huge talent and creatively at the top of his game, it’s clear from “Famous” that Kaliib is one to watch out for. He’s showing no signs of slowing down anytime soon either and will only increase his stature and presence within the hip-hop scene further over the months to come, with the release of more new music expected. “Famous” is available to buy/stream now on all platforms: https://ffm.to/kaliib-famous.

Kelsie Kimberlin drops the redolence of love in her recent single “Perfume”

If love had a perfect scent, Kelsie Kimberlin, a prolific artist and songwriter, has just bottled it in her latest single, “Perfume.” The American pop prodigy returns with her third release of 2025, delivering a glowing and gently intoxicating track that wraps itself around listeners like a breath of fresh, favorite fragrance, lingering beautifully long after it’s gone.
In “Perfume,” Kelsie goes beyond simply singing about love; she embodies it. The song is a metaphorical masterpiece in which perfume symbolizes an irresistible emotional connection. It’s light, hypnotic, and enchanting, just mirroring the invisible yet undeniable attraction she’s portraying. There’s something almost cinematic about how she draws you into the story of a boy so captivated by her essence that he follows her like a whisper in the wind.
The music video brings her cinematic style and signature vocals to life and reveals a poetic journey shot in collaboration with acclaimed director Pavlo Khomiuk. It follows Kelsie silently gliding through romantic cobblestone streets, her presence conveying everything without a single word. The chemistry between her and her partner is quiet, authentic, and utterly magnetic rather than loud or performative.
With industry heavyweights like Liam Noland (Adele) on the mix and Stuart Hawkes (Amy Winehouse) on mastering, the production benefits from an emotive and technically proficient polished finish. Every beat and musical element is meticulously placed with intention, subtle but powerful, and completely unforgettable.
Ultimately, “Perfume” provides an auditory experience that navigates the delicate balance between sensory perception and emotional vulnerability, where love lingers like your cherished fragrance on a lover’s sweater. Just like that scent, it doesn’t scream, ‘I’m in love,’ its understated delivery and intricate production invite deep reflection, compelling the audiences to savor its ephemeral beauty long after the final note fades.

Lil Scrappy Fires Back at Bambi’s “Eleven” Diss with Laughter and Shade

If anyone thought that Lil Scrappy and Bambi were going to resolve their issues quietly after their messy breakup, they were in for a surprise. The former couple has been going back and forth publicly for months, and Bambi has taken it to the next level with her new diss track called “Eleven.” In the song, she doesn’t hold back, taking jabs at Scrappy’s money problems, his children from different relationships, and even throwing shade at her rivals from the show Love & Hip Hop. However, Scrappy seems unfazed by it all, laughing off her claims.
Scrappy took to social media to respond, smirking as he called out Bambi for allegedly lying about her age and exaggerating her statements in “Eleven.” He pointed out that if he was as broke as she claims, he wouldn’t be able to keep up with his child support payments. It’s a classic comeback of “If I’m struggling, how am I still paying you?” With that, Scrappy managed to throw some shade right back at her. Their conflict isn’t only about the song; it also affects their personal lives and even Scrappy’s other relationships.
Recently, his ex-girlfriend, Erica Dixon, called out his mother, Momma Dee, for showing up to a baby shower without a paternity test for the baby involved. That baby, born to hairstylist Shakira Hardy, adds another layer to the already complicated situation in Scrappy’s life. Through all this chaos, Scrappy appears calm, or at least that’s how he’s presenting himself to the public. His response to “Eleven” was less about what Bambi said and more about poking fun at her claims. Whether he’s just trying to cope with the situation or genuinely moving on, this drama isn’t coming to an end anytime soon.
