Multi-Talented Artist International GT Making Way For Himself In The Music Industry

Today, we are going to introduce to y’all a multi-talented artist better known as International GT. Hailing from Las Vegas is International GT, a multi-talented Artist, Producer, and Engineer making quite the entrance into the rap scene, having worked with artists such as Fetty Wap, Young Thug, Fabolous, and 21 Savage to name a few. His unique flow and vocal style, combined with signature vocal effects treat the listener to a voice that is unmistakable, putting a unique flavor on modern Hip- Hop. International GT is no stranger to success having worked on the Grammy-nominated album “The Cure” by Jah Cure and earning an RIAA Gold Certification for his work with Cheat Codes.

In 2019, International GT consolidated his own artist project with the release of his debut album “Elevation”. Mastered by none other than Grammy Award Winning Mastering engineer Mike Bozzi the album was streamed over 200,000 times online. In 2021 International GT will prove that “True Imagination Makes Everything” with the release of his second studio project (T.I.M.E.). The current single “Loose Leaf” is doing well on all DSPs, and spinning heavy in clubs from Atlanta to Las Vegas. With involvement from some of the best in the industry such as Project Pat, Tami Latrell, and Las Vegas’ very own Lazr, your sound system is sure to be in for a treat.

We had the chance to interview International GT to discuss more his musical career and background in the music industry. This is what he has to say…

Where are you based?

International GT – I am currently based in Atlanta, GA and I am originally from Las Vegas, Nevada.

 

How long have you been making music?

International GT – Professionally 6 years. I have been a student of the craft for 20 years.

What genre would you consider your music to be?

International GT – My sound is a hybrid of classic and new era vibes. Mixing live instrumentation with electronic sounds, creating timeless music.

 

What inspired you to pursue a career in music?

International GT – Always loving music and having an ear for production. I remember my family always playing music, so the interest developed over time.

What are your biggest musical influences?

International GT – Dr. Dre, Kanye West, and Pharrell are 3 of my biggest musical influences

 

Are you signed to a label or are you an independent artist?

International GT – Currently, I am independent under my label Straight Lace Entertainment

 

What have been the biggest challenges in your music career?

International GT – People seeing the vision, and consistently stay inspired to create.

How many songs or albums have you released to date?

International GT – I have released one album titled “Elevation “ and recently I released 3 singles consecutively: “Loose Leaf”, “Ocean Views’ and my current single out now titled “Mansa Musa”.

 

Can you tell us a few things about your latest release?

International GT – My latest single Mansa Musa released July 9, 2021, on all platforms. It is a smooth, classic record. So far the fans really love it and we have received a lot of great feedback from the record. Mansa Musa was recognized as the richest person in history. So the song has an in-depth meaning to my ancestors’ history. The record has an opulent feeling, inspiring and motivating the listener.

Any plans for new music or upcoming projects we should know about?

International GT – I have a few more records set to be released in fall 2021. My album drop is tentatively set for Winter 2021.

Lisa Boostani’s “Ocean” takes you deep into a sensory world where body, spirit, and myth come together, beyond the surface of genre. Boostani makes a soundscape that is both ethereal and deeply human by combining the broad essence of psychedelic pop with the strong appeal of alternative rock.

Her voice rises as if it is coming from deep within her, shaped by emotion rather than action. She intentionally channels the intangible, turning weakness into strength rather than a source of pain, and “Ocean” tells people to get involved in this inner world, not just watch it. This release is an integral part of her first EP, “One,” which will come out in March 2026 and is based on love, sensuality, and unity.
