Finally, I would also try and find the drive for what you do

What would you do differently if you were starting in your industry now?

Take my time to construct my sound and get a better understanding of my craft

Which people or books have had the most influence on your growth and why?

I have been influenced by MF Doom, rest in peace, a lot of my rhyme schemes stem from the intricate wordplay that he used to bring about. Kendrick Lamar has influenced the way that I flow. And lastly the biggest influence for me has been Tupac and that’s been my attitude for most of my life. He is and will always be the king of rap, and I want to be there too.

What would you say is the #1 key to success in your music career?

I would say your drive and your passion to get better at what you do every single day

Regarding music, I would say it was my lyricism for a very long time. It was rudimentary and nothing I made connected with me and every song I made felt so off.

What has been your biggest success story and why do you think it was a success?

I would say putting out my first single which was imagination back in the day with all my friends. It might not have been commercially successful or significant, but it was extremely pivotal in my eyes.

What keeps you going when things get tough in the music industry?

My friends who produce with me help me with my drive. Every time that I feel that I am faltering in the way that I make music, they are always there to either hype me up when I am too low or humble me when my head is in the clouds.

What made you pursue being an artist full-time?

I am not an artist full time; however, I do spend most of my time working on music. I think I made the switch to concentrate on music to better my understanding of what it means to rap.
