I had sometime to have a quick interview with 7venmind and you would be amazed by what his ambition and and goals are. I now I indulge you to go on and read about this brilliant artist below.
Hi 7venmind, thanks for the privilege of this interview.
Let’s start off by introducing yourself, you know the basics like name, age, where you’re from. As much or little as you’re comfortable sharing.
I’m Haytam Nazih aka 7venmind a rapper based out of Morroco in City Ifran. I’ve got introduced to music since 2011 and it’s been like a drug to me since then. and I started making my own music at the age of 16 years up to date.
What’s the best advice you ever received concerning music?
i‘ve received a lot of good advices over the years and I think the best advice given to me is to be unique and be creative and I find a lot of new artists who write and produce their music in a way where they replicate it over and over. I think artists should keep experimenting and evolving in music.
What would you have done differently if you knew then what you know now?
I was a little reserved listening to people’s opinion. If I would go back I’d push myself more and set a system, believe in myself and make connections with people that are just as passionate as muse.
What is still your biggest challenge?
My biggest challenge now is as I mentioned I want to build my own studio and buy equipments but I’m still a student in college and I’m trying to balance between music and studying.
What keeps you going when things get tough in the music industry?
When things get tough in the industry what keeps me going is when I see other artists and fans and friends let me know how they like my work and that they believe in me and vibe to my music that keeps me up and brighten my mood and it pushes me to even work harder.
If you could go open a show for any artist who would it be?
There are many amazing artists that I would love to perform with or open up for but to be honest I am huge fan of Post Malone his shows are crazy.

Talk me through your creative process.
So my creative process can differ a lot based on how I’m feeling what I’m thinking of, sometimes I have a specific idea or a subject that I want to talk about in the song.
How do you solve productivity/scheduling problems and reduce overwhelming situations?
Productivity and scheduling isn’t a big issue for me because I love music and I really enjoy putting my time and efforts in it but when time get a bit overwhelming I tend to take a pause and reorganize my thoughts to get incouraged again.
What are you focusing your time on now?
Right now I’m focusing my time on developing my studio equipment and building my own carrier and I am releasing a new EP.
How do you currently feel about the state of “Your genre” in general?
Currently I feel about the state of my music genre it’s evolving and I’m being more creative I’ve had a shift where I’m blending trap and R&B.

Kalpee Honors Heritage and Heart on His Emotion-Rich New EP Dougla Boi
Kalpee is back with Dougla Boi, a beautiful new EP that is both personal and powerful. It gives listeners a close look at the layers of identity, heritage, and emotion that make him who he is. The Trinidad and Tobago artist is confident in his own space, which is rooted in New Calypso and polished with hints of dancehall, R&B, and afrobeats. In this space, genre bends, but emotion leads.
Named after the Trinidadian word for someone of mixed African and Indian heritage, Dougla Boi is honest, proud, and warm about the complexities of culture. Kalpee opens a window into the dualities that define him across six tracks, turning personal truth into universal resonance. The EP is just under 19 minutes long, but every second is carefully planned to take listeners on a journey through courage, joy, healing, and the quiet strength that comes from accepting all parts of yourself.
The first single, “Under,” stands out right away for its calming yet emotionally charged experience. Kalpee’s voice flows over a beat that sounds both new and old, fitting the EP’s theme of bringing cultures together. It’s one of the best examples of how he can mix soft and hard sounds, which is what makes his New Calypso sound so unique.
“Everybody,” which features Full Blown, is another excellent song that has already done very well. It has a happy vibe and an infectious bounce, making it one of the EP’s most replayable songs. “Everybody” captures the spirit of community and shared experience, which is what Kalpee means when he says that identity is not a box but a rhythm.
