Criminal Charges Against Tory Lanez in Megan Thee Stallion Shooting Were Dropped

Megan Thee Stallion shocked the world when she announced that she was targeted and shot by Tory Lanez, who alleges that they were in a romantic relationship.

Ever since last Summer, social media has been divided about what really happened that night. The Toronto rapper released a musical effort titled Daystar in an effort to explain his side of the story. But it only left fans more confused.

After months of back-and-forth, the Hip Hop community collectively decided to let the judge decide Tory’s fate and send the Houston Hottie well wishes and she makes a triumphant return to the spotlight.

But according to the Los Angeles County Superior Court website, the charges against Tory stemming from the July 2020 incident have been dropped.

There are no upcoming trial dates after yesterday’s trial.

Megan Thee Stallion or Tory Lanez haven’t publicly commented on the situation.

But Tory is promoting his upcoming collaboration with DaBaby. “Me and @DaBabyDaBaby got the video of the year ! … I’m calling it now,” he tweeted.

This same said video previously stirred controversy between the two rival artists after the “Savage” rapper claimed the video was “old and not cleared.”

It’s safe to say Tory is prepared to move on and we hope that Megan finds peace.

Yung Filly Faces Second Overseas Sexual Assault Allegation Amid Ongoing Investigation

HonkMagazine

Yung Filly, the popular U.K. media figure whose charismatic presence has earned him a massive following, now finds himself in deeper legal trouble. A second overseas sexual assault allegation has surfaced, this time from a British female tourist accusing him of misconduct in Magaluf, Spain. This latest claim comes while the 29-year-old, whose real name is Andrés Felipe Valencia Barrientos, is already facing similar accusations in Australia. According to reports, the incident allegedly occurred last summer during a beachside event. The accuser claims that after consensual relations with one of Yung Filly’s colleagues, the media personality sexually assaulted her in a hotel room.

While the reported assault occurred months ago, the woman formally filed her complaint with U.K. authorities upon her return home. The case has since prompted Spanish law enforcement to open an investigation, with a Palma judge seeking cooperation from Australian authorities. Yung Filly is also under investigation in Perth, Australia, where he was accused of sexual assault in September 2024. With both cases running concurrently, the entertainer may face legal repercussions in multiple countries. The allegations have cast a shadow over his public persona, leading to growing concerns and scrutiny from fans and media alike.

While Yung Filly has not publicly commented on these latest accusations, his legal team is expected to respond as the investigation progresses. Supporters are left waiting for further developments, with many calling for a transparent and thorough examination of the claims. The growing legal pressure underscores the importance of accountability in the public eye, particularly for high-profile personalities. As authorities in Spain collaborate with their Australian counterparts, the case will continue to unfold in the coming months. The world watches closely, awaiting justice for all parties involved.

OnlyFans Model Faces Murder Charge After Fatal Fetish Filming

HonkMagazine

In an unsettling and tragic case, 31-year-old OnlyFans model Michaela Brashaye Rylaarsdam has been charged with murder following the death of one of her subscribers, 56-year-old Michael Dale. What began as a consensual fetish encounter turned fatal, leading to legal ramifications and heartbreaking consequences. According to reports, Dale had paid Rylaarsdam $11,000 in April 2023 for a private BDSM session, which involved an array of intense and unusual requests. After weeks of communication, Rylaarsdam visited Dale’s Escondido home to carry out his desired acts. Law enforcement described the session as including elements of bondage, sadism, and elaborate scenarios, requests that showcased the extremes of fetish exploration.

Despite the consensual nature of their arrangement, authorities have clarified that one fatal act was not part of Dale’s explicit requests. Investigators stated there was “no evidence” that Dale requested Rylaarsdam to place a bag over his head and secure it. Tragically, this decision resulted in Dale’s suffocation and subsequent death. The details of the case grow even more concerning as reports indicate that Dale showed visible signs of intoxication when Rylaarsdam arrived at his home. Despite this, the model continued with the session for several hours. Among the disturbing requests, Dale allegedly wanted to be wrapped in saran wrap like a mummy, have women’s boots glued to his feet, and even have his eyes sealed shut with adhesive.

Each of these acts highlighted the extreme nature of their dynamic, but none foreshadowed the deadly choice that followed. For many, this case underscores the dangerous intersection of consent, responsibility, and personal boundaries within the world of adult content and fetish services. While platforms like OnlyFans offer creators financial opportunities and a sense of autonomy, this tragedy serves as a sobering reminder of the risks involved when physical safety is compromised. Now facing a murder charge, Rylaarsdam’s legal battle is only beginning. The court will ultimately decide how accountability is assigned in this complex and deeply troubling case.
