DiZ shared that “This song is about how living in a household that wasn’t a safe environment for me has lingered and shaped me for better or worse and how I run away from facing those feeling or evenings going as far to invalidate the things that happened to me. It is a very meaningful song to me and I hope it will be for many other people too“.
