Packed with extravagant amenities and outdoor spaces, this property adds another jewel to Lamar’s already impressive collection.

Kendrick Lamar’s discerning eye for prime real estate was evident back in August when reports surfaced about his interest in the property. Before settling on his Brooklyn abode, he explored another ritzy residence in the heart of the Big Apple, priced at a whopping $9.85 million and boasting even more space. However, Lamar ultimately chose the charm of Brooklyn over the allure of celebrity neighbors like Zendaya.

This isn’t Lamar’s first foray into the world of high-end real estate. The artist, known for his chart-topping hits, already owns multiple residences in California. In 2022, he made headlines with the acquisition of a $15.9 million mansion in Bel Air, a mid-century marvel designed by renowned architect Edward Fickett. His impressive property portfolio also includes a $9.7 million house in Manhattan Beach and two additional residences in Southern California. In her Instagram story, Althoff made it clear that she does not sleep around and has never slept with any of her interview guests. She expressed frustration over the constant accusations whenever she posts about interviewing a man. Additionally, she addressed rumors about her personal life, stating that social media only shows what she allows it to. With this, Althoff aimed to silence the rumors once and for all.
