MAAD AVENUE paints the sound of a new start on new release “Sunday”

MAAD AVENUE’s latest release, “Sunday” boldly takes the center stage and tapping into the emotion at the crossroads of endings and beginnings. The Parisian duo continues to create a musical universe that is both artistic and infused with the spirit of modern cities, a fusion of pop, electro, funk, and hip-hop.

“Sunday” is all about contrast, sung in both French and English, perfectly embodies the feeling of the shift from one week’s end to the start of the next. That’s a familiar feeling for many, the quiet struggle of wishing to hold onto the freedom of the weekend while getting ready for the responsibilities ahead. MAAD AVENUE has an incredible ability to translate that feeling into music.

The single is dripping with their creative identity. They blend genres to create a vivid sonic landscape, where the sleek melodies of electro-pop come together with the groove of funk and the rhythmic pulse of hip-hop. The result is modern and unique, with a personality that is impossible to confuse with anyone else.

François Marius pushes lips to feet on the dance-ready on latest release “What You Gonna Do (Radio Edit)”

François Marius‘ latest release, “What You Gonna Do (Radio Edit),” asks a heartfelt question, the difference between saying you love someone and showing it. The song is built on a catchy dance beat and guitars with an energetic feel and emotional message about trust, commitment and openness that comes with giving someone your heart.

The song questions the uncertainty of loving someone and if they’ll stick around when the going gets tough. The song straddles the line of intimacy and fear of a broken heart. It’s relatable because it’s not about saying love, it’s about showing love. François Marius’ “Radio Edit” is a relationship-centered offering, providing sincerity in an upbeat musical setting. The guitars are textured and the dance beat keeps the song interesting.

Metaphoric Mind unveils dark intensity and catchy rhythms on latest release “Jaws”

Metaphoric Mind delivers a hard-hitting, energetic sound on “Jaws” built on dark themes, razor-sharp guitars and a driving instrumental base. I love how the song opens up with a strong attack, fast synths and drums and the lead guitar gives a compelling edge to the momentum of the song. The result is a powerful record with a darker mood, but also rhythmic pull that gives the track an energy that is both urgent and captivating.

The lyrics of the song go back to the idea of trying again and making things right, reinforcing the determined mood. That sentiment is echoed throughout, a persistence thread beneath the dark tone of “Jaws,” a willingness to confront the mistake rather than leave it unresolved.

The dark feel gives the song a unique character and the syncopation between the drums and lead guitar make the song accessible and engaging. “Jaws” is an intense listen and a striking addition to Metaphoric Mind’s sound for fans of music that mixes weight and urgency with memorable instrumental interplay.
