On what platform or in Nigeria?” pondered the renowned rapper, who has graced the African stage on multiple occasions.

However, the tweet didn’t go unnoticed by the online community, with some quick to mock what they perceived as a slightly uninformed inquiry. A response even suggested, “Remember, celebrities are dumb, just like you.” Digging into the data, it appears Spotify reigns supreme as the most popular streaming platform in South Africa, while the African-centric platform Boomplay takes the lead in Nigeria.

This isn’t the first time Meek has caused a stir online. In November 2023, he took to social media to share one of his deepest fantasies, expressing a desire for an “older rich freaky bad cougar.” The 36-year-old rapper’s revelation left X users initially stunned, but it quickly turned into a weekend buzz as people seized the opportunity to engage. A$AP Rocky turned his Copenhagen tour stop into a memorable family affair when Rihanna and their son, Riot, joined him onstage during the European leg of his “Don’t Be Dumb” tour on Friday, September 18.

Closing out the show in Denmark, Rocky performed “Lord Pretty Flacko Joyde 2” and brought out Rihanna and Riot Rose to join him onstage.
