Michellar delivers an ode to memory and change with new single “September”
“September” by Michellar feels like a soothing breeze that gently reminds us of the last days of summer, blending memories with deep emotions. This song was recorded in both San Francisco and Staffordshire, UK, which lends a worldly touch to its sound, beautifully brought together by producer Tobias Wilson.
The collaboration with singer Helen Walford is especially impressive, and her heartfelt performance adds warmth and depth, perfectly matching Michellar’s reflective lyrics. “September” conveys the bittersweet emotions of reminiscing about warm summer days while gradually embracing the quiet of autumn. “September” captures you with its gentle music, painting a picture of change.
Michellar’s storytelling shines through, inviting you to connect with your own memories within the song. The song has a hint of folk music, reminiscent of artists like James Taylor and Joni Mitchell. And it feels fresh and modern, showcasing Michellar’s talent for blending traditional influences with a unique style.
“September” calmly combines calmness with deep emotions. It’s a song that encourages you to slow down, think, and enjoy its gentle warmth. With art shows and live performances on the horizon, Michellar continues to demonstrate versatility as both a musician and a storyteller. François Marius pushes lips to feet on the dance-ready on latest release “What You Gonna Do (Radio Edit)”
François Marius‘ latest release, “What You Gonna Do (Radio Edit),” asks a heartfelt question, the difference between saying you love someone and showing it. The song is built on a catchy dance beat and guitars with an energetic feel and emotional message about trust, commitment and openness that comes with giving someone your heart.
The song questions the uncertainty of loving someone and if they’ll stick around when the going gets tough. The song straddles the line of intimacy and fear of a broken heart. It’s relatable because it’s not about saying love, it’s about showing love. François Marius’ “Radio Edit” is a relationship-centered offering, providing sincerity in an upbeat musical setting. The guitars are textured and the dance beat keeps the song interesting.

Metaphoric Mind unveils dark intensity and catchy rhythms on latest release “Jaws”
Metaphoric Mind delivers a hard-hitting, energetic sound on “Jaws” built on dark themes, razor-sharp guitars and a driving instrumental base. I love how the song opens up with a strong attack, fast synths and drums and the lead guitar gives a compelling edge to the momentum of the song. The result is a powerful record with a darker mood, but also rhythmic pull that gives the track an energy that is both urgent and captivating.
The lyrics of the song go back to the idea of trying again and making things right, reinforcing the determined mood. That sentiment is echoed throughout, a persistence thread beneath the dark tone of “Jaws,” a willingness to confront the mistake rather than leave it unresolved.
The dark feel gives the song a unique character and the syncopation between the drums and lead guitar make the song accessible and engaging. “Jaws” is an intense listen and a striking addition to Metaphoric Mind’s sound for fans of music that mixes weight and urgency with memorable instrumental interplay.
