MAGUA has released a hauntingly beautiful exploration of a mind caught in the throes of conflict with his new enchanting single, “Silence Sirens Storm.” The Kyiv-based one-man band, helmed by the multitalented Magua, has created a track that is as emotionally gripping as it is sonically diverse.
The song pulls you into a jarring and hypnotic whirlwind of soundscape from the outset. The opening harmonica lines, melancholic and reflective, quickly give way to a fusion of breakbeat rhythms, punk aggression, and electronic dissonance. Michael Soul’s new single, “Hiding,” is a dark, hypnotic electronic track that takes listeners to a private place in their minds where they are alone, thinking, and feeling upset. “Hiding” was written when the author was very lonely.
