BOSCOBABYY: HOW THE RISING STAR IS CONTRIBUTING A FRESH TAKE TO THE MUSIC INDUSTRY

Bosco Babyy (a.k.a. Myles Austin), was forced to alter his artistic direction, as the world hovered on the brink of change. Distancing, he immersed himself in his music to record 15 tracks, and 3 skits in just 28 hours to deliver his debut album, DAYS WE FORGET. Bosco Babyy is no stranger to change. The 23-year old who was raised on a military base for the early years of his life, by his father who spoke fluent Japanese and his mother who wrote stage plays that he’d perform in at the church his family attended, was born into the arts. DAYS WE FORGET is only Part I of a trilogy of story-telling concepts that tap into places old and new, tackling life’s revelations. We had the opportunity to interview Boscobabyy.
Hello Boscobabyy, Thanks for coming to Honk Magazine to talk about your career.
Tell us a little more about when you first got into music?
I first got into music in highschool, I wasn’t taking music seriously just releasing a couple songs on soundcloud. A few of my friends found it and word started spreading around school. Years later in my sophomore year of college I picked it back up and started taking it seriously.
If you could describe your sound/style in one word, what would it be and why?
I would describe my style as versatile, all my songs sound different and have their own spirit. I aim to create new sounds and genres as my career progresses.
What would you say to any aspiring recording artists who look up to your work?
I would tell them to always stay creative and most important stay on your business.
What quote or mantra do you live by?
To lift myself up when I’m down i live by the mantra “Many are called, few are chosen”.
What is your hobby outside of music?
My hobbies outside of music are working out, creative writing, and traveling.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
In five years I see my brand being a household name and multifaceted business.
What are your “5 things I wish someone told me when I first started” and why.
Advice I wished I recieved is the importance of business and marketing. Personally when I first started I only focused on the art and wondered why I wasn’t getting more traction.;
Which tips would you recommend to your colleagues in your industry to help them to thrive and not “burn out”?
I’d recommend having a trustworthy team and flexible plan.
Do you have anything new or upcoming we can expect to see from you?
You can expect more shows, new singles, and my next music video in november.
What is the inspiration behind your latest song?
DAYS WE FORGET is Part II of an ongoing series of story-telling concepts that tap into places old and new, tackling life’s revelationsThe inspiration behind my latest project “Days We Forget” is a look at the outside world and how life has changed for everyone. I believe we are entering a new era brought upon us by forces and battles unseen. I live by the principle that what happens in nature is a result of what’s happening in the spiritual. As these things change I made this project to comfort and reflect on days passed..the days we forget.

“Empatia” by Aurien & Jab Vix set the tone for an atmospheric new era
“Empatia,“ the stunning electronic debut of Aurien, in collaboration with Jab Vix, is the start of a new creative universe under Aurien’s newly launched imprint Château Bonheur Musique. The track feels like a doorway into a curated emotional space, built from atmosphere, storytelling, and immersive sound design.
“Empatia” is founded upon a contemporary electronic aesthetics that favors texture. The production is sleek and considered, offering up soft rhythmic pulses within roomy layers that breathe. Working with Jab Vix gives texture and dynamics to Aurien’s perspective and sets the sound for the song. It’s more about feeling the music than looking for peaks of high energy. It builds slowly and invites you to sit in the mood.
A highlight is the “Elegant Mix,” which takes the original and gives it a more subdued, slicker makeover. It allows the heart of the composition to come through more intimately, and this duality reinforces the idea behind Château Bonheur Musique as environment, experience, and feeling. “Empatia” is a debut statement and manifesto for the immersive, emotionally intelligent electronic music that works as effortlessly as it does in shared spaces. It’s a thoughtful direction for Aurien, where sound is not just heard, but lived in.

SAINT ESCAPE takes a classic favorite, “Everybody Wants To Rule The World,” and gives it a new twist, transforming the iconic hit into an alternative rock statement full of personality and modern flair.
Rather than just repeating a familiar song, Saint Escape offers a bold vision to the track.
