Throughout the last year, and no matter the season, chunky, cozy knits have held their own as must-have staples in our stay-at-home wardrobes. It’s hard to deny the effortless allure of slipping on a pullover jumper or easy cardigan in the morning before starting a day of working via Zoom. After all, a soft or oversized sweater is the next best thing to a hoodie or sweatshirt. Plus they come in handy all year round, whether it’s snowing outside or if the air conditioning is on full blast, you can always rely on an irresistible knit to work well as a solid standalone or layering piece. To be sure, there’s really no bad time to invest in a good knit.

For now, however, there are plenty of cold winter days still to come, and it doesn’t hurt that some of our favorite silhouettes of the season are now on sale for a fraction of the price. For example, there’s the luxurious longline cardigan from Acne Studios and Lou Lou Studio’s polished polo sweater. Or, try one of those trending half-zip knits, a style that doesn’t seem to be going anywhere, anytime soon. And for those who wish to stick to timeless classics when shopping the sales, there’s no shortage of stripe crewnecks or turtlenecks either. No matter your preference, any of these styles will freshen up your weekly sweater rotation. But at up to 50% off, might we suggest stocking up?

Below, find your next go-to knit–or multiple knits–from our selection of the best women’s sweaters on sale.

The Official Look at New Balance 580 GORE-TEX “Kombu Green”

New Balance 580 GORE-TEX

After unveiling the New Balance 580 GORE-TEX in the striking “Black Magnet” colorway, New Balance is introducing yet another iteration of the popular sneaker, this time in a refreshing “Kombu Green” hue.

Determined to provide options that withstand winter’s harshest conditions, the shoe is meticulously crafted using a combination of suede and mesh materials, integrating advanced waterproof GORE-TEX technology, Roll-Bar tech, and ABZORB cushioning for optimal functionality, comfort, and stability. Diverging from the darker tones of the “Black Magnet” version, the “Kombu Green” edition predominantly features an army green tone on the suede overlays and upper. Complementing this, the midsole is highlighted in grey, while the Vibram outsole receives sleek black accents.
