Mads Protheroe, the lead singer and songwriter, offers a glimpse into the EP’s thematic core, saying, “Sex and Feuds is basically all about growing up and learning how to respond to all the things life inevitably throws your way. As always, you can expect some unapologetic tongue-in-cheek songwriting, plenty of attitude, and a whole lot of energy.”
But “Sex and Feuds” isn’t just about youthful bravado; it delves into vulnerability and introspection, revealing layers of emotion beneath the surface. Protheroe adds, “There’s also some really vulnerable tracks on the record that we’re really excited to share. As a whole though, it’s a snapshot of our first year as a band. Her voice rises as if it is coming from deep within her, shaped by emotion rather than action. This release is an integral part of her first EP, “One,” which will come out in March 2026 and is based on love, sensuality, and unity.
