Earl Sweatshirt and The Alchemist have launched the full version of “Voir Dire” on various streaming platforms
In the constantly changing music industry, it’s become quite usual for artists to work together. This year, enthusiasts of underground rap enjoyed an exceptional alliance between rapper Earl Sweatshirt and producer The Alchemist. The pair joined forces to develop a new project named VOIR DIRE. While this wasn’t their initial collaboration – Earl had earlier featured on The Alchemist’s Flying High EP – the news of this venture was greeted with immense enthusiasm from their followers.
However, the release of VOIR DIRE was not without its controversies. The album was initially dropped exclusively on Gala, an NFT-based music streaming platform. This decision was met with backlash from fans who were unwilling to create an account on a crypto music website just to listen to the album.
In response to the fans’ outcry, Earl Sweatshirt and The Alchemist reassured their audience that the album would eventually be made available on other streaming platforms. Furthermore, they promised that the album would feature new tracks when it did finally hit streaming. The new songs brought the album’s total to 11 tracks, with a running time of just under half an hour. The album also features two appearances from Vince Staples and another from MIKE.
Currently, Earl and The Alchemist have embarked on a tour to promote VOIR DIRE, with a lineup of 11 concerts nationwide, featuring MIKE and Black Noi$e. This follows Earl Sweatshirt’s series of solo performances throughout the year, one of which was a notable August concert where he hinted at a possible Frank Ocean appearance that, unfortunately, did not materialize.
The full version of VOIR DIRE is now available on streaming platforms. Fans are encouraged to share their thoughts on the album in the comment section.
The tracklist for VOIR DIRE is as follows:
1. 100 High Street
2. Vin Skully
3. Sentry (feat. MIKE)
4. Heat Check
5. Mancala (feat. Vince Staples)
6. 27 Braids
7. Mac Deuce
8. Sirius Blac
9. Dead Zone
10. The Caliphate (feat. Vince Staples)
11. Free The Ruler
In conclusion, the collaboration between Earl Sweatshirt and The Alchemist has proven to be a unique blend of talent and creativity. Despite initial controversies surrounding its release, VOIR DIRE is now available for all fans to enjoy.

Loris Tils brings funk energy to life with “IKKI”
Loris Tils comes out swinging with “IKKI,” a single that comes with energy and musicianship right from the opening note. Borne on the unmistakable thump of Minneapolis Funk, the song surges forward with a groove that feels impressively designed and still wildly alive.
“IKKI” is a naughty conversation between slap bass and guitar, and the two instruments impressively craft around each other with both precision and flair, building a high-octane rhythm section that feels as tight as it is explosive.
The magic of “IKKI” is this tension, relentless discipline balanced by acrobats of daring improvisation. The energy never overwhelms the groove. Instead, it expands on it, making this song a celebration of rhythm, creativity, and instrumental chemistry.

Eddie Rose turns racing memories into music with “Stock Car Living”
Eddie Rose’s latest release, “Stock Car Living,” is a track that applauds the roar of engines and the rush of the track, and explores the quieter experiences that turn a sport into a beloved ceremony. What makes “Stock Car Living” so devastating and powerful is its sense of tradition as an inheritance.
The story begins in a living room on Sunday afternoon, with a young boy sitting next to his father watching stock car races on TV. This simple ritual, so easy to overlook in the moment, shapes an entire childhood. There is, to start with, a sense that the races are just noise, speed, and color. But as the story unfolds, the young narrator begins to sense that something far deeper is taking shape.
The song gently implies that love for something, especially when grounded in community and ritual, often comes not from telling but from observing. Eddie Rose, with “Stock Car Living,” captures the spirit of its racing culture not just as a spectacle but as a legacy, that sometimes the loudest engines house the quietest memories, which last the longest.
