AMERICAN RAPPER TREY DAY IS MORE THAN A VIRAL SENSATION

My main focus though is making my life stories come to life. Give the world my stories through music to let everyone know they are not alone. Whether it’s heartbreak, love, death, partying or smoking you’re not alone. Everyone goes through hard aches and good times, it’s called Life.
Hello Trey Day, Thanks for coming to Honk Magazine to talk about your career.
Tell us a little more about when you first got into music?
Trey Day : That’s a funny story, I didn’t even wanna be a rapper/artist. I was going to college at Columbia in Chicago as a photographer until I met a life long friend Dennis Caravello. He told me I should try making music, just on the fact that I wrote a lot of poetry in my phone and in books. He took me to the studio and at the time he was recording he told me just jump in and next thing you know I love it. Changed my whole Maher to music business and Audio production,Once u start it’s like u cants stop
If you could describe your sound/style in one word, what would it be and why?
Trey Day: I would say RAGE. I say this because my music is sad boy. I talk about my life, what’s going on in it and what I’m actually doing between heartbreaks, party, love, traveling, the hood aspects of my life and friends. Just got a lot of pain behind me so that influences the rap singing combo.
What would you say to any aspiring recording artists who look up to your work?
Trey Day: That’s what’s up, send me some music and let’s work. I believe in helping other artists but it’s also a business but if they go hard I got up, let’s work.
What quote or mantra do you live by?
Trey Day : “Life is A Mess” – Juice Wrld
What is your hobby outside of music?
Trey Day: I’m really into watching Anime, smoking a lot of buds and skateboarding. If I had a perfect day it would include all of these things during the day and then to cap it off a night studio session making bangers. Also only smoke backwoods period, I hate games and all that other shit only leafs for me.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Trey Day : Not in pa no more that’s for sure def still making music and touring prob own my own label and just living life to the best as possible see the world a bit.
What are your “5 things I wish someone told me when I first started” and why.
Trey Day: stack your bread to at least 10 racks to get all ur shit in order llc for your brand and you for promotion by ur self a laptop to keep all ur shit in order, and mass use for recording and promotion and go in on one song at a time instead of just throwing a whole project out with no plan. Deff gotta have a plan. And most def release a music video with the single and drop it on the same day as u you do all platforms.
Which tips would you recommend to your colleagues in your industry to help them to thrive and not “burn out”?
Trey Day: have some days just for yourself take days for You and do more for yourself. Take care of yourself number one rule to succeed
Do you have anything new or upcoming we can expect to see from you?
Trey Day: yeah I got “Rose Wrld” Ep dropping October 31st and then My Second studio Album “Broken Rose 2” drops 2022 summer at the beginning of it. Then that leads into my very own anime series called Broken Rose dropping 2022 December. You’re going to see me a lot more. I’m going to be hype. I’m going to be doing shows I wanna rage with you guys and get turnt with a backwood blowing gas in the air with a henny bottle in my hand taking over the industry independently.
What is the inspiration behind your latest song?
Trey Day: Moonlight Yeah that’s shit hits hard , I like smoking weed outside at night and I’m a boss so I talked my shit let people know I can really rap too I’m not just a artist or a sing-rapper.

The trapheaux gracefully glides over in new release “Marble Floors”
Trapheauxly’s latest release, “Marble Floors,” is a smooth, seductive single that combines clean, complex rap verses with melodic R&B. The song’s production, soulful vocal harmonies, and steady rhythmic pulse create a luxurious yet emotionally grounded atmosphere. All of these elements work together to create this atmosphere.
The most impressive aspect of it is the way it shifts from a catchy melodic hook to a rapid-fire delivery of the lyrics. One moment, “Marble Floors” is silky smooth, and the next, it is razor sharp. This contrast is what gives the musical its identity.
When it comes to lyrical concerns of intimacy, devotion, and elevated aesthetics, the image of marble floors appears, time and time again, as a symbol of elegance and emotional weight. Trapheauxly is a polished package that combines style, substance, and value that cannot be denied in terms of replay value.

NIHLNØTHING unleashes increased tides on new release “ocean” Power
NIHLNØTHING’s latest release, “Ocean” is a powerful, immersive single that defies classification as heavy music. The track sounds huge, punishing, and emotionally complex, as the title promises, drawing on post-metal, alternative metal, sludge, groove metal, metalcore, and deathcore.
A sense of depth makes “ocean” appealing. The song balances atmosphere and intensity like a violent current under calm waters. This track has towering sonic weight and textured melodic darkness, suggesting it can go from hypnotic tension to explosive release in a heartbeat.
Genre DNA enables NIHLNØTHING to create something expansive. It has sludge, groove, metalcore urgency, and a post-metal mood that’s probably more than aggression. NIHLNØTHING excels in contrasting crushing weight with atmosphere, chaos with control, and brutality with reflection. Balance distinguishes loud from powerful music.
