Linuss, the solo project of Michael Glines, formerly the frontman of alternative/indie band Vues, has released a brand new single, “Passcode,” on April 20th. “Passcode” is inspired by the guitar work of artists like Peach Pit and Mac Demarco and the deep grooves of RnB music. Glines admits to having been influenced by Daniel Caesar and Sabrina Claudio during the songwriting process. Glines explains that the lyrics emerged subconsciously, as they often do for him, revealing a first-hand personal story of his life at the time.
