What made you want to start doing digital media?
I first got involved in the digital media industry as a creator when I started producing my own videos back in 2012. I quickly understood the many challenges that faced creators and the opportunities that were becoming available. In 2015 I joined FAM Networks to start helping up-and-coming content creators grow their exposure and revenues by providing coaching based on my experiences as a creator.
What was the hardest obstacle you had to overcome?
The biggest obstacles we encounter at FAM Networks is keeping up with the landscapes and trends of an ever-changing industry and determining the best ways to set our clients up for long-term success. Once we solved those two obstacles, we knew we had something unique and valuable to all influencers and content creators.
What do you do for a living?
I am the Head of Talent for FAM Networks and specialize in helping content creators and influencers amplify their businesses across multiple platforms. We also help our clients grow their reach and build their credibility within their industry through our distribution networks and public relations outlets.
Who are some of your biggest influencers in your industry?
I’ve worked with some of the top influencers on Facebook and YouTube and manage over a 20M+ following.
What would you consider your biggest accomplishment thus far in your career?
Our biggest accomplishment as a company is FAM Networks breaking the 50+ billion video view milestone for our clients across digital and traditional broadcast platforms.
What legacy would you like to leave behind for yourself?
I’d like to be remembered as the guy who came in and changed the management norm from mismanaged and ambiguous to transparent and talent-first. FAM Networks is paving the way for future influencers to be able to enter into an industry that will work for them and not against them.
Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years?
In the next 5 years, I see myself helping FAM Networks become one of the largest management companies in the world with the highest rate of success when it comes to achieving goals we set with our clients.
